Our Content Policy

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this site without authorization, send a written notice that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location on this site where the material appears.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Where to Send Your Notice

Submit your notice through our Contact Us page, using “DMCA Notice” as the subject. Notices missing the information above may take longer to process or may not be actionable.

Counter-Notification

If content you posted or are associated with was removed as a result of a takedown notice and you believe it was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or an appropriate court if outside the relevant jurisdiction).

Repeat Infringer Policy

Content associated with repeated, verified copyright complaints will be removed, and in serious cases the site may restrict how that content or its source is used going forward.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, though response times can vary depending on the complexity of the claim.
